Oven dry your floating bath bomb
The next method is to dry the floating bath bomb in the oven. It's a great choice for your floating bath bombr where it only takes a few ovens to value the bath bomb at one time. It's efficient, simple, and doesn't cost anything (except electricity). To dry the floating bath bomb in the oven, just turn the oven to a "warm" temperature, let it reach the temperature, and then dry them in the oven for 1-4 hours.
This is a great solution when you have a specific type that you need to make in the morning and need to be able to ship later in the day. If it's an absolute emergency, you usually just need to dry for an hour to get out, but remember, the longer you leave it there, the more likely it will be completely presented to your customers!
Another advantage is that when we bake our floating bath bomb, they will come out and almost have a 'shell' thing on the outside. It feels hard and makes a satisfying click when you tap it with your fingernail.
The main disadvantage of oven baking is that in order to make it effective, the floating bath bomb should be taken out of the mold and put on the oven rack. If you're using clamshell molds and your floating bath bomb is fragile when it's finished, it can be a challenge. This is one of the biggest challenges we faced when we first started making our own floating bath bomb. It's mainly because your baking soda and citric acid mix is too dry, so if that's the problem you're having, the best thing to do is to keep experimenting with your recipe until your shower pops out perfect and lasting every time.
